Beware when logging food from app using it to count carbs, fats and proteins. If not your brand can make a big difference. This am logged my breakfast then looked at my macros. Wow. Couldn’t find my brand so I took the closest to find most likely was logged wrong when added to list. Never thought !! I know everyone can make mistakes that’s life but could affect your counts dramatically. Thought my carbs were unusually high yesterday but this am when looking at my usual breakfast was high in carbs. What !! Investigated it was an error when added to list. Also if your constantly counting carbs and it appears to be unusually high go back and recheck your individual foods (takes time) to get correct count. Luckily thought my carbs were unusually high yesterday but moved on but this am looked at macros boy they were out of wack already It might be worth it if you can’t find brand or double check or it can really wreak counts for the day

That is something to be careful about. Just because it's the same amount of calories, how those are added up can be completely different in macros. Sodium is a big factor for me too, so I've run into similar issues with that one. And congrats on the drop! :)

I've noticed this too.. fortunate (or unfortunately lol) for me I'm a control freak so I have had to create many an entry to fix those 😜

I create new entries when I can't find what I am eating. Thanks for the tips.
