I am very encouraged this morning. I do not expect to lose 3 lbs. a day, but I like what I saw on the scale this morning.
I do think I need to eat more protein and other 0 carb foods. I did not have enough calories yesterday and was very hungry this morning. But, instead of pouring myself a big glass of milk, I grabbed an Atkins shake. After my daughter left for school, I prepared 2 eggs and 2 strips of bacon. I feel very satisfied and still encouraged.
