I couldnt be happier! I really controlled my self this wkend. I have been tempted to eat what my husband is, i'm not going to lie lol. If i want something bad, i only take 2 bites. Sounds silly but it works for me. I have been eating salad for lunch every day too. I would love o keep up this pace!
