First Day of the rest of my life. I just found out that I am a pre-diabetic and need to start now to stop the effects of the disease. I am ready and I am willing but I am going in this blind. My mom has diabetes and she doesn't do a very good job of maintaining a healthy diet or fitness routine. I need a guide!
I am 187 pounds now. I want to be 120. Lets do this thing.
