If you love sweet stuff like I do, you could slice it up... 3 strawberries, 3 pieces of cheesecake, 3 days desserts. I have found it alot easier to eat smaller portions of the sweet stuff than to cut it out completely.

I love Cheesecake Factory cheesecake!!! Godiva chocolate is my fav! We got some last year on our anniversary. I know what you mean about not wanting to stop! I think I ate it over 2 or 3 days though. When I enjoy something that much I tell myself that I won't enjoy it as much if I eat it all at once and I can continue to enjoy it over a few days. I just really savor it. Then I think that wanting more just means it was super good and that I truly enjoyed it. I often find when I eat more then it just doesn't taste as good as when I eat a smaller portion. Maybe I just don't appreciate it as much. Plus I tell myself I can have a bit more the next day. Its no guilt and not all or nothing.

Yes i think that's a great idea and will be my new approach beside sharing. I brought it home and we all ate 2 tablespoon and still have some left over for today. Restaurant think this is a dessert for one person and ask everyone at the table to order one each oh no no not my family not anymore after I know the nutrional info which I use to ignore before now is one dessert for the table and we're all satisfied😊

Oh yeah sharing is a great idea too!!! We definitely get conditioned by restaurants to eat bigger, and bigger portions! Btw...thank you for all you do as a nurse!!! I appreciate you!!!
