Just really getting started. I have been monitoring my carbs for the last two weeks but not strictly following Atkins consistantly until today. I have lost 6 lbs. since Christmas. It is a start, but I need to keep going.

I am going with my family on a cruise in April. I would really like to lose 20 lbs. or more before the cruise, and then pick back up with the weight loss when I return. I am hoping to be at the owl phase of Atkins by the time the cruise rolls around.

I am also looking for some support and weight loss buddies. I have friends trying to lose weight using different methods. But not really as buddies.

I have been doing the same as you just really watching my carbs but not journaling them, I have lost only 2 lbs. i was waiting until after today to really start watching my carb in take. I would like to lose about 15 lbs. before summer I let myself go though the hoildays and gained it fast but now I'm really struggling to get it back off, I would love to be one of your buddies and we can do it together !!! :)

Woohoo, count me in! Day 3 for me seriously counting carbs and logging workout time. How cool is this sight that we can track it all and do it with others! I say yay for us!
