First day that I haven't lost weight, but it's time for that to happen. I had a slice of ice cream cake last night, which was delicious! I've gone down this road before, and this time I'm counting calories, not excising fun from my life. My best friend got a job after two months of looking, and we deserved a little ice cream cake to celebrate. I've been successful in keeping my food log, coming in within my calorie requirements each day, and not beating myself up too badly about what I eat. One day at a time, as they say. I started a new sleep med last night and I think I got a full 8 hours for the first time in months. I didn't even get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom! (This is amazing.) Getting enough sleep regularly could be a game changer. I hope this continues. Be well, everyone.
