I was super sick last night. I made myself some salmon and sauteed broccoli & Cauliflower I got from Trader Joe's. I think the veggies were a little past their prime (my fault, I bought them last week), and that's what did it to me. I literally was praying for death I felt so sick, and nothing would come out (TMI).
Hopefully today will be better! Hope everyone has a great Cinco de Mayo!
