Its been another good week. Boy am I sore. My fronr ab muscles are so sore I wasn't able to move much at all
The work outs are a challenge and the breakfast this morning was a bit hard but i'm happy with the results. Mr W Scale wasn't a serpent today
120.4 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 41.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
