Oh my goodness, I am gonna kill myself if I'm not careful. I was just simply picking up toys and dislocated my shoulder. My left one of course. Everything that happens is on my left side. I think it is all back in place now but I still hurt so I am not completely sure. My hubby is gonna pull on it and rub it when gets home. I had to call a firefighter to come over and put it back in place so I could function the rest of the day. So for tonight I am planning on just going to the steam sauna and if it is better tomorrow then we will go swimming. Why is it when you are working hard and getting to a point where you are enjoying it something happens to stand in the way of it. I worked out last week 5 days and was pumped for this week and here we are a MONDAY and boy has is been a day already. Well wish me luck with the rest of the day and the week for that matter. Although I did lose 1 1/2 inches in my stomach and 1/2 inch in my thighs this week. I will weigh in tonight since I forgot Friday.
