It has been a good week I not only lost 4.8lbs I also have been more active and eating less. I also have been drinking cut by Hydroxycut 1 can per day. I started taking Garcinia Cambodia weight management support, I took 2 doses today only because I didn't get it until right before lunch. I was out yard selling today and tried to find a geocache that was a failure but it was fun. I seriously did not wear the correct shoes to go into the woods(It was a last-minute thing, shoes needed was in my vehicle) Also took the dog with us too so she had fun as well didn't find the cache we do want to try again soon with all 3 kids. i have been averaging 5,250 steps per day
