The week has gone down hill. But it's life I haven't made the best choices in food and with the exception of yesterday did all my workouts for the week. Daughters birthday party at a pizza Buffett.... My plan is to eat before. Trying to get to the gym since I missed my weight class yesterday. Monday I'll weigh in assess the damage and try again next week. My first trip is a week away for two weeks.
