Just clipped off a good work out with the DH.

Treadmill
35 minutes total
2 minute warm up @ 2.5 mph
31 minutes / 3.2 - 3.6 mph intervals
2 minute cool down @ 2.5

Universal
bicep curls - 3 sets of 10 reps @ 35 lbs
lat pulldowns - same

Kettlebell
3 sets of 10 reps w/10 lb bell

Wall Pushups
3 sets of 10 reps

Add in a bunch of love and laughter for a total = 1.5 hour work out!!
