The scale isn't moving but I'm really starting to see a difference in my body. My clothes are little bigger on me. Hubby is totally supportive and I appreciate that so much. It would be much harder if he wasn't. No sugar since March 1st which is huge for me. I even turned down my neighbors brownies yesterday! She is an excellent cook but I'm on a mission!
81.2 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I do not really like cakes and cookies and I have this thing in my stomach that rebels at sugar it is all the other calories out there that I have to watch maybe I should give up a glass of wine or an occasional beer that would be my weakness

Wish sweets were not my nemesis but they are. I do enjoy wine or cocktails with friends on weekends but have cut back a bit on that too in order to lose the pounds.
