GOALS I figured I need to make goals sooner or later, so here goes: February 13 (my birthday) 305 lbs April 6 (my son's birthday) 280 lbs June 1 (official start of summer for me) 260 lbs August 15 (end of summer for me) 240 lbs October 31 (Halloween) 220 lbs December 31 (end of 2011) 220 lbs Notice that last two goals are the same. I'm being realistic. These are the holidays folks. If I can KEEP the same weight at the holidays, I'm okay with that! February 13 2012 (my 33rd birthday) 200 lbs I will re-calculate my goals when I get there!
