Well yesterday I did not get in a single workout. I overslept that morning, then last night I felt really crummy. Hoped to get up this morning, but was still dragging. I plan to get my Jillian in as soon as I get home and follow with a steady walk on treadmill this evening. I just hope I haven't picked up a bug. I think it is just my bloated feeling though. I am still pumped and positive so I will push through.

Today is "First Friday Feast" at the office. We do this the first of every month. Everyone brings snack foods to celebrate birthday for that month. Last month I remembered, brought Carrot Chips and my WW Fruit Salad. Totally forgot today, so I am going to run to Kroger to get something. I want to remain a participate, but want to have something I can eat. They have hamburger queso in a crock pot in the hall, it smells so good!!! They also have cakes, lots of cakes. Will power. If I had worked out yesterday, I might have allowed myself a small bit, but since I didn't, then no reward today!
