Went to bed early last night with a killer headache...UGH...woke up this morning with the same dang headache!

That's frustrating! Nothing will derail my good workout intentions like a bad headache. The only day I've taken off from working out in the last couple of weeks was actually caused by a killer all-day headache, so I can completely relate. I hope you can manage to get rid of it at some point today!

Agh!! I used to get migraines really bad & it would be just like that...go to bed with it, wake up with it, hang out with it for the day...after going back & forth to the dr a billion times, discovered it was stress. Go easy on yourself today hon.

Kstubblefield, I used to get migraines like that too. I never did come up with a definitive diagnosis for them, but I actually think being healthier and losing weight has helped me to get rid of them almost completely. Used to get them 3-4 times a year and now I haven't had them in a couple years. Another great reason to be healthy! :-D

I'm probably a little more stressed this week than usual. With DH being sick, snow storm issues, and starting to think about what I am going to do for my next job. Resume is up to date and started some networking this week. Probably need to update my profile on LinkedIn website. So yeah, I guess I do have alot on my mind, hence the subliminal stress I guess!

Can't eat all my calories today. Had planned for the 1700 with macro nutrients at goal so all would have been good for the day, but now here I am unable to eat anything else. Took the evening snack off my food journal and now my macro nutrients are out of wack! What's a girl to do???

Include them in your menu planning for tomorrow if you can. Over time it averages out to be the same. :)
