Had a doctor's appt today. Good news, 2 slightly bulging disks (hardly bulging) and nothing else major. A little here and there but NO major damage even the disks aren't that bad. The medicine has been working so I'm finally feeling somewhat better. I'm cleared for full exercise as long as I take my meds. Hopefully no more back spasms or pain! I'm hoping the meds stop causing weight gain.
