I stopped recording my food because of i was in holiday with friends. Actually, i am sad to gain some pounds of what i ate, but i am happy that i am here again. I gonna start my Optifast program for 1 week only to reach 69 again :)
I played sport today, and feel so relaxed :)
I promise that this month gonna be a success for me!
