I am starting over on this whole diet thing I have been stressed out with this covid that is going around although I haven't gotten it yet thankfully. I am currently halfway through getting my GED so in the next 6-8 classes I am hoping to achieve that goal in the meantime I really want to start getting back to exercising and eating healthier I also started to drink Hydroxycut drinks. and have also fallen in love with drinking the body armor watermelon strawberry and body armor edge orange frenzy. so far I have drunk one of the Hydroxycut yesterday and one today I'm hoping to see results and I also have a few adventures for my little family in mind to help with this journey. I also found this great app for my phone that I am going to try out sometime soon it has to do with Geocaching I'm excited to try it out. I have also tried to keep track of what I eat even though it's not on here it's in a hardback book. I am so excited about this new journey.
