Thanks HumpT 😀 don’t get those speeds on open road ( changes in terrain, wind, stopping at junctions...) Just home from 4 mile walk this fine Sunday morning. Took me just under an hour ☀️😀

That is what I call a power walk! I am about to do last 60 min turbo before the pools/gym open tomorrow. My turbo has been such a constant companion during lockdown I feel disloyal to her! But haven't worked out how to fit it all in yet.

Lol Anne, that's my average I'm off out on a walk speed! Hope you got a blast on your turbo - they are great. I'm sure she won't be totally forgotten. Hope you have fun tomorrow :) Rounded my weekend off with a 28.33 mile (45.59 km)ride out on the road took me 2:01:53. Had a tailwind half the way so does that count as resistance training too ;)
