I seem to have hit a plateau - I'm hungrier and struggling to watch my calories. In the mornings I'm NOT as hungry but as the day progresses I seem to constantly have a grumbling stomach. I had fallen away from my daily flax and plan to get back to eating that along with modifying my ratio of proteins and carbs - I want to include MORE of the healthy carbs due to noticing that when I cut back on the cabbage, onions and zucchini that seems to have been when I slowed and stalled on my weight loss and also when I started to feel more hungry. I think I have been going for too many "goodies" with higher calorie amount so that I'm not eating as much as I used to but I'm actually eating more calories... Time to get back to the things that were working :-)

The other day I learned that our bodies are wired is to always feel hunger so the trick is to listen for "Real hunger vs. Emotional hunger" there is a difference. I hope you are doing better about now on this Sunday...Miss you. TOWANDA!!!!!

What ever you do, don't quit!! Stick with it and the weight WILL start to move again. I know exactly where your coming from. You can lose the weight, but it will take time. Just keep counting those calories and staying away from high fat and sugar filled foods! :)
