I am going the wrong direction. I walked approx 10 miles this weekend and six of those were with my heavy backpack! Time to kick it up a notch on exercise and stay away from fast food.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
