Well I did Insanity this morning for the first time in almost two weeks. I did the cardio recovery so it was not as challanging for my lungs but still very hard. This morning before I got out of bead I reached under my pillow and what did I find? A wooden sword from medeval times. My kids have got to stop playing in my room, lol. Hopefully some zumba and hooping later today. Hope everyone has a great day.
