Good Morning Everyone! WORK OUT IS DONE FOR THE DAY!!
So I am gonna stop going scale crazy and decided to only weigh on Saturday morning. I think that is something to work hard for all week and to look forward to. Will see how that goes.

Got the exercising done already this morning!!!

Treadmill
34 minutes total
2 minute warm up and cool down each @ 2. 5mph
30 minutes at 3.2 mph with 3 minute intervals at 3.6 mph
included some arm swings w/ 3 lb hand weights

Universal
Upper Body/arms (lat pulldowns/bicep curls/upper arm fat eliminators
3 sets of 10 reps w/40 lb weight

Wall Pushups
3 sets of 10

Kettlebells
3 sets of 10 w/10 lb bell

Stairs & Walk
Got to the office and opted for 3 flights of stairs instead of the elevator. Also had to walk across campus today in 18* weather for a meeting which was a 15 minute walk.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast of oats w/blueberries, protein shake then off to the shower and the office. Roads were pretty clear but the commute was still an hour.

Hubby is on his own today after me being at home all week.

I assume DH is doing better then. I don't think I could stay away from the scale for a week. More power to you for being able to do that. Great job with the exercise!

Ceceps-He is doing much better today, still working on getting his appetite back. Thanks for asking. Just starting the scale thing this week so will see how I do with that. Yeah, I hit it pretty good this morning. Feels great to come home after a long day and know it is already done!
