Well, couldn't record a weight for today since my scale was going bonkers. It wanted to say that I weighed 147, which is impossible. No way I could have lost 4lbs in one day. So I bought a new battery.
I don't think I am eating as much as I should. According to this website, I ate less than 800 calories today. Today was a snow day so I didn't do much moving around, but I got my shoulders/arms and ab ripper x workout in. Still, I feel that with p90x I am eating things that are lots more filling than what I usually eat. At the same time, though, I don't want to starve myself.
Tomorrow I will try to get in the right amount of calories. I bought the ingredients for that butternut squash soup, so we'll see how that tastes.
Not really looking forward to Yoga tomorrow, either.
