Went to potluck at church tonight, but was very careful what I got to eat. And even with a small piece of cake, I stayed under my calories. I still burned over twice the amount of calories that I ate so woohoo for me. Very proud of myself. My mini goal for the week is to work out six days. Tomorrow will be a challenge because I will have to do my workout on my own. Hubby will not be coming home to do it with me because he has intense curcuit training for PT at work. Will probably do palates tomorrow so I can stretch out and work on butt and legs. Hope I do good.

Well I did my workout by myself, but I waited until my husband got home, lol, and I told him he had to motivate me from his chair. I told him during the ab ripper that he had to yell "you want a flat belly; push harder". LMBO, and he actually did it. It worked, I pushed harder, and got through the workout. I was so proud of myself. Two more days of the workouts and I will have reached my mini weekly goal of working out six days in a row. I get one day break, and then my new goal is doing the same thing next week. I am so motivated its scary. I am determined to reach my wieght loss goals.

Thank you Kate GB. By the way, instead of doing palates I went ahead and did the P90X so that I stayed with my planned program.

Ohh I know P90X rips ass! lmao I did P90X abs, almost died! Good job hubby, great to have someone to motivate u all the time and push u to rich ur goals!
