Everyone is posting salads and vegetables today and it all looks amazing. I, however, wanted M&Ms today...so I ate them. I don’t feel bad about it either. I didn’t even finish the whole bag or let it ruin my day or consider it a fail and just keep eating garbage. I ate a handful, they were delicious, and I will eat something healthier for dinner. Just a reminder that it is okay to not be perfect. You all inspire me every day!!!
