i am just slowly making the changes i need to make for a slow and steady weight loss. i didn't put it on overnight so i don't expect to lose it over night.i've started eating fruit, which i have not done in years, and i am dropping the rice, and potatoes for an extra helping of vegetables, and i enjoy it! not giving up my red wine.exercise 6 days a week, and finally getting in somes workouts with weights.
