Here’s the recipe for anyone interested:
- Preheat oven to 180°
Bowl 1:
- 30g oat flour
- 20g protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp of water
- 50g fat free yoghurt
Mix ingredients.
IN A SEPARATE BOWL: Bowl 2:
- 12g of fat free yoghurt
- 15g of biscoff spread
Mix the ingredients.
Pour half of the mixture from bowl 1 into a oven dish and bake for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes take out the oven dish, pour mixture from bowl 2, spread it across the dish. Then cover with the rest of the mixture from bowl 1. Bake for another 8 minutes.
After baking you can top with whatever toppings you like! I crushed one biscoff biscuit :)
