Experimenting with different things to put in my coffee. I cut out sugar and replaced it with honey. I love the honey but it has so many carbs and calories. I did sugar in the raw today. I remember seeing a recipe of soaking raisins in milk overnight then using the milk in coffee. My coffee has to have some sweet to it or I don't like it. I'd drop it all together but I need something hot in the morning and tea just isn't convenient. Thoughts? Ideas?

I use combination of raw turbanado/stevia and get at the store. I wanted to get away from so many artificial chemicals.

Stevia if you can't do straight black coffee or coffee with honey. Chemicals like Splenda and sweet n low are definitely not good for anyones body. I do black coffee and lemon in my tea. Quite a change from what I used to do.

Stevia is good to add or pick up some sugar free coffee creamer that has a little sweet to it.

Stevia is a natural sweetener made from a plant. It comes in liquid form and you can add just the right amount of drops that you like.

I've been playing with stevia. I love honey in my coffee but hate the amount of carbs. I did realize that I never use a tbls only a tsp so that makes a difference. The hardest thing is when I want more then one cup, coffee is a social thing at work. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll keep playing with it.
