So it looks like Sonikgirl and I watched the same Dr, Oz and had the same idea, lol. I am going to try to get up each morning and workout before I eat or anything else. Let's hope this works and it jumps my weight loss up a bit. I do feel really good having got up and worked out first thing. I also want to get this book called the 4 hour diet. It's not reallt a 4 hr diet but it's tips and things you can do during your day to help with your diet and workouts to burn more calories. Sad thing is I am snowed in my house till at least this weekend. My front and back doors are covered with snow to the point I cannot open them. I can get out the garage but the is at least a foot and a half of snow here in Tulsa so I don't think I will be getting out in that. Going to try to get more in later. Have a great day everyone!!

We were supposed to get that storm, they were calling for almost 2 feet of snow to fall from yesterday to today,they cancelled schools last night because they weatherman had everyone convinced we were getting slammed..we got like 2 inches and some ice. I really wanted a storm, I was ready. We get snow, but we have not had a really big snowfall yet. Oh well, stay warm and enjoy the snow, at least it is pretty to look at.

Sorry, it's called the 4 hour body. On Oprah, I will have to look in my dvr. I have not had time to watch them this week.
