@dwikey aku kurangi konsumsi karbo selama 6 bukan ka, dan bener2 eat clean. Skrg udh masuk bulan ke 8 sedikit2 udh mulai perbaikan gizi, jadi udh makan carbo cuma tetep porsi nya masih di atur. Semangat kaa 🥰

@tian31k skrg sudah masuk bulan ke 8 ka, bmr aku 1600 aku makan di 1200 kadang 1000. Di barengi olahraga ajaa. Kmrn sempet stuck jadi makan nya di atas bmr. Alhamdulillah turunn lagi.
