Bar food, so much salt!!
106.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week

Water, water, and more water! It will help lower your blood salinity - and the extra exercise from running to the loo all day can’t hurt either! 😄
