Tried something different in my usual oatmeal, chia seeds and I found some pepitas in the pantry. Almond milk and a pinch of salt and that was it.

I've been doing chia seeds and banana slices in my steel cut oats. Top it with some cinnamon. Delicious!

@TroutyMcTroutTrout - I love steel cut oats but just need more time in the morning to cook them than I have.
@Kat 25 - I need to try that. Can they be buzzed up in a coffee/spice grinder?
