I’m very disappointed with fat secret diet I haven’t lost any weight! I’m keeping track of what I eat don’t know what I’m doing wrong any suggestions??

Have you figured out your rdi (regulated daily intake) yet? My son did mine. You can find a ballpark estimate by googling TDEE. Then he told me to subtract 500 calories from this maintenance weight.
That’s what I and my son have been doing.
