@IvyJo24 These are very simple but they came out quite yummy. Basically just 1 can of black eyed beans mixed with 1 small onion and spices (cumin,oregano,salt,pepper, paprika and garlic) with 1 or 2 tbs of soy sauce and 1/4 cup tomato sauce or bbq sauce. Mash everything together to get the consistency of mince when making meatballs. And then basically just roll them into balls and flatten them out to form patties. We got 6 decent sized patties out of them :)
