yuck - yuck,
Decided to remake the effort to lose the weight, so I went to look at my profile .... found out that I had "to gain weight" ..... YIKES.... had to 'FIX' that. Then I went through to make sure everything was correct.
Started recording my intake again and to track the good and bad of what I am eating.
Now it is time to get my butt in gear and start excising again... need to find my first goal and how I want to reward myself when I reached it.
