Totally blew off working out today...I only have to go to the gym two days this week (supposed to be Mon and Wed)....just wanted to take a day off though...I worked out 6 days last week and did 15 min jog yesterday. So woohoo for a lazy day. Still watched my caloric intake, but ate a lot today :) I have an eye appt tomorrow, but may try to hit the gym after ...get it out the way. I need to find a new activity, the gym is already boring me, but it is better than just running on the treadmill.
