I did the same thing after my 4th and my baby was healthier than my other kids I breastfed bc I wasnt eating junk. I had a c section so I had to wait a few months to start working out and I lost 40lbs by eating healthy, drinking water, staying within my cals, no junk food and no eating after 7pm. I lost a total of 95lbs after she was born in 10 months. Then I slacked and added junk food after I quit nursing and gained back 50. But I can tell you that you can do it!
