WORKED OUT TODAY, GREAT START TO THE WEEK. MY GOAL THIS WEEK IS TO DO P90X AT LEAST FIVE DAYS, AND NOT MESS UP ON MY DIET THIS WEEKEND. TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THROUGH A SUPER BOWL PARTY WITHOUT BLOWING MY DIET. I THINK I WILL BE THE ONE TO BRING A VEGGY PLATE SO THAT I KNOW I WILL HAVE SOMETHING TO SNACK ON. PROBABLY BRING TURKEY BURGERS FOR MYSELF ALSO. ANY THOUGHTS ON HOW TO GET THROUGH THIS ISSUE?
