I don't know where to look at how balanced my Fat/protein/Carbos ratios are. So here is a reference for me....


•Carbohydrates: 45 to 65 percent of total daily calories


•Fat: 20 to 35 percent of total daily calories


•Protein: 10 to 35 percent of total daily calories

If you switch the percentages for protein and carbs you would be more likely to lose fat and build lean muscle. Fats are ok but stay away from trans fats.
