Feeling pretty good overall. Need to get my meals figured out a little better, and need to make sure that I get my workouts in on the weekend, but overall, I've done pretty good.

I only missed one planned workout, which I think is totally awesome, and there was only one day that I went over my make it or break it RDI. Unfortunately, there was only one day that I made my goal RDI, which has to become the norm. I'll get it figured out though.
71.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
