I have started my first week of the 5:2 fast diet... today is the first day of my fast this week. I picked Tuesday and Saturday, it will work out well. I haven't done this fast in a few months, and it will be interesting to see how it goes. It is almost one in the afternoon and I am a little hungry, I drink water when I think about eating. I usually start really getting hungry around 3-5pm.
