Guys I lost Fucking 4kgs in like 2 weeks and now am literally freaking out also in morning I checked my weight and it was fine but the dumb me again checked in noon and it FLUCTUATED I didn't even ate anything because of IMF just drank black coffee and maybe 1litre water but I walked for 1 hour too😭
