I was busy over Easter weekend so this is our Easter meal. Goat cutlets. Under 500 cals the lot.

Only had goat once when I was in France. Remember it was very tasty.

Judy, the first time I had it was in France because we went to a BBQ with a goat farmer! It is very healthy and really tasty and right now goat farmers are struggling, so we are ordering from them and freezing.
