I think I did rather well today , maybe a few to cal. intake but I feel ok so I hope I don't wake during the night hungry. One of my challenges is not to eat after 7pm. So I have to wait until morning. Eating late at night has always been my worst time. If I wake up to early I'll have a cup of coffee or a glass of water. I will go to the gym early and get wt. I hope I do well.
