Today I just don't care. My spirit is broken. I'll still run before I go to bed. Though I ate chocolate banana bread for dinner I'm more dedicated to losing weight then before. I want something new, something different. I'm tired of the bs of my daily ins and outs. Losing weight won't change my bs but it's the one thing I can control right now. Picked up new running shoes Friday. I'll try them out tonight.
