I have lost all the water weight I was carrying around, because I have reduced the salt intake to the amount I need every day. Now I will be able to work on losing the extra weight, that is fat. I will be starting another 5:2 fast, it was how I lost the last twenty or so pounds. I have decided my fast days will be Tuesday and Saturday. I should lose a pound or two a week of fat. I may start a challenge so others can join and see how it works for them.
