Whew!! I just doubled my normal workout time. I usually ride my exercise bike 30 minutes, but tonight I kept on riding a whole HOUR!! It felt great. And after the first 30 minutes, my legs kind of went numb so I just kept going! lol. My bike said I went 16 miles and burned 630 calories. Although I am not sure if it is all that accurate. But, proud nonetheless!! That's for you Mama Cobra! :)
